Here’s how it works…
With us, you don’t feel the “workout” as such at all. We combine low- and high-intensity movements to create a calorie-burning interval workout that makes you feel like you’re at a dance fitness party. Once you’ve gotten hooked on Latin American and global rhythms, you’ll understand why Zumba® fitness classes are often not perceived as workouts at all. Mega effective? Yes, mega fun? But something of yes!
A complete workout that combines elements from fitness, cardio and muscle building training, as well as exercises for balance and flexibility. Every time you come out of class, you’re bursting with energy and just feel great!
