TSV Westerland celebrates summer party

The summer break of TSV Westerland is over and the summer is still showing its best side – TSV wants to be in no way inferior to this and presents itself and its many different sports offers on Friday, September 2nd from 2.30 p.m. at the big summer party at the TSV clubhouse in Westerland.

The basketball players will inaugurate their new streetball court at the clubhouse with a two-on-two tournament: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank all donors and sponsors once again for their great support,” emphasizes TSV Managing Director Stefan Reimers. The athletics and badminton divisions will also present samples of their skills. In addition, visitors have the opportunity to challenge their own skills in the javelin throw or the fast badminton variant “Speedminton”. Of course, the little ones have also been thought of, who can let off steam on a course and with many outdoor games.

Football matches will also take place on the small field and volleyball players will play at the beach net. There will also be the opportunity to try out the new trend sport “Spikeball”. Spikeball is about hitting a ball on a “trampoline” standing on the ground in such a way that the opponent can no longer get to the ball. For those who find more fun in dancing fitness, the Zumba demonstration is just the thing. And if you prefer to take it easy, you’re sure to enjoy boules, chess or Viking chess – or simply enjoy coffee, cake, grilled specialties and cool drinks.

The event will also be used to provide information about TSV’s plans and goals: There will be a guided tour of the TSV clubhouse and movable walls will show which requirements TSV must meet to continue operating the clubhouse and what we can do ourselves.
