Senior sports program „Active 70+“

The course „Active 70+“ takes place every Monday from 5-6 p.m. in the Nicolaihalle and will be integrated into the existing senior sports program. Over 12 weeks/sessions, participants are offered a weekly training program to improve health and fitness. A subsequent entry is possible, registration is not necessary.
